    a.  Motion to approve the payment of bills presented by the Director of Finance and 
        Customer Service. 

    b.  Motion to appoint Peter Edelman of Stevens and Lee as bond counsel for the 2026 
        bond issuance. 

    c.  Motion to adopt Ordinance 633, authorizing the issuance of a series of General 
        Obligation Bonds in the maximum principal amount of $9,000,000 with a Bond 
        Purchase Proposal from Raymond James & Associates, Inc. for the purchase of the 
        Bonds on the terms and conditions established in the Ordinance subject to the review 
        and approval of the Township’s solicitor and by bond counsel to the Township. 

    d.  Motion to approve the Minimum Municipal Obligation for Uniformed employees in 
        the amount of $854,400. 

    e.  Motion to approve the Minimum Municipal Obligation for Non Uniformed employees 
        in the amount of $590,137. 

    f.  Motion to award the 401 Darby Ave Pickleball court color coat contract to the 
        Brenneman Company in the amount of $27,000. 

    g.  Motion to authorize the Township manager to execute the 2026-2027 PennDOT 
        Winter Services Agreement. 

    h.  Motion to ratify the purchase of a Can Am UTV from Schaeffer Motorsports in the 
        amount of $23,883.38 

    i.  Motion to accept the certified list from the Civil Service Commission for the position 
        of Patrol Officer as presented. 

    j.  Motion to extend a conditional offer of employment to three candidates on the Civil 
        Service List for the position of Patrol Officer. 

    k.  Motion to approve payment application 1 in the amount of $51,287.40 to Garland 
        Construction Services for work completed on the Pioneer Grove Kayak Launch. 

    l.  Motion to approve change order #1 for the Pioneer Grove Kayak Launch in the 
        amount of $2,174.
