        Muhlenberg Township for over 20 years.

    a.  Conditional Use Hearing- Wal Mart OPD LDP 

        i.  Motion to grant conditional use approval for the Wal Mart OPD conditioned on 
            SDEI's most recent review letter as well as the Planning Commission 
            recommendation.  

        ii. Motion to grant conditional final plan approval and all waivers as requested for 
            the Wal Mart OPD LDP conditioned on SDEI's most recent review letter. 

    b.  Annual MS4 Update presentation

        Customer Service. 

    b.  Motion to accept the applicants offer to grant a time extension for the 80 Witman Road 
        Land Development Plan. 

    c.  Motion to authorize the Township Manager to put the Yard Waste Grinding and 
        Container Contract Project out to bid. 

    d.  Motion to approve the second amendment to the Bern Township Fire Services 
        Agreement. 

    e.  Motion to accept the resignation of Firefighter Luke Kannan 

    f.  Motion to authorize the Fire Chief to extend a conditional offer of employment to a 
        candidate on the Fire Civil Service List. 

    g.  Motion to accept the Civil Service List for Police Officers as certified by the Civil 
        Service Commission. 

    h.  Motion to authorize the Chief of Police to extend a conditional offer of employment to 
        a candidate on the Police Civil Service List. 

    i.  Motion to adopt Resolution 2026-08 to reimburse the General Fund for fire apparatus 
        expenditures. 

    j.  Motion to approve a payment to Glick Fire Equipment for a 2025 Pierce Saber Pumper 
        in the amount of $312,589. 

    k.  Motion to declare the Oak Forest Apartment fire on June 11, 2026 a disaster 
        emergency.
